Argentina Burger

Placing our burger patty mixture into a pitta with toppings!

Ingredients

  • 250g minced beef

  • 2 pita breads

  • Feta Cheese

  • Smoked paprika

  • Parsley

  • Guacamole

 

 

Method

  1. Place the minced beef in a bowl and add Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, spicy chili powder, parsley and a lot of smoked paprika powder.

  2. Mix the beef until the fat gets stringy.

  3. Devide the meat into 4 equal sized pieces and form thin patties.

  4. Place the feta cheese in the middle of a patty and put another patty on top. No press the edges together and form a really well shaped big patty. Make sure, that there is no gap for the cheese to melt out.

  5. Heat up the grill to 250°C and fry the patties for 2 minutes per side.
