Placing our burger patty mixture into a pitta with toppings!

250g minced beef
2 pita breads
Feta Cheese
Smoked paprika
Parsley
Guacamole
Method

Place the minced beef in a bowl and add Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, spicy chili powder, parsley and a lot of smoked paprika powder.
Mix the beef until the fat gets stringy.
Devide the meat into 4 equal sized pieces and form thin patties.
Place the feta cheese in the middle of a patty and put another patty on top. No press the edges together and form a really well shaped big patty. Make sure, that there is no gap for the cheese to melt out.
Heat up the grill to 250°C and fry the patties for 2 minutes per side.
