Breakfast Tray Bake

Ingredients
250g mushrooms (some quarterd, some whole)
8 breakfast suasages (We actually use Nürnberger Bratwürste)
200g sweet potato (peeled, cut in 1x1 cm cubes)
200g cherry tomatoes (halfed)
300g white onioen (peeled, halfed and cut in slices)
125g green beans
5 slices ham
400g canned baked beans
4 eggs
Butter
Method

Take a big pan on high heat, add some butter and now the party begins:
Fry the mushrooms until brown and put them in a deep oven tray.
Fry the sausages until slightly brown and put in the tray.
Fry the onion and the ham for a little and put in the tray.
Add the sweet potato, tomatoes, green beens and baked beans to the tray.
Season everything with salt, pepper, dried rosemary and dried thyme.
Place the tray into the 170°C preheated fan oven for 10 minutes.
Crack the eggs into the tray so that the egg yolk doesn't break.
Put the tray back into the oven for another 10 minutes or until the eggwhites are cooked and the eggyolks are still creamy.
Serve with some slices of toast!
Good to know
This is soooo much easier that doing an english brakfast. Just throw everything in a tray!
