Chicken kebap
Lovely spicy chicken skeewers from the grill!

Ingredients
400g Chicken breast filet
6 Tbsp greek jogurt
2 cloves garlic
2 red chillies
1 big white onion
Method

Cut the chicken in 2x2 cm cubes
Marinate the chicken 1 day in advance
Cut the onion in big chunks. Same size as the chicken cubes
Assemble the skeewers. Start with onion.
Heat up the grill to 220°C
Grill the chicken skeewers until there are black spots on the chicken and the onions are cooked.
Sprinkle some lemon juice over before serving
Good to know
The onions on the skeewer get super delicious. So definately add a lot! Serve the dish with some pita breads from the grill and a nice Feta-Dip.
